How we work

One team for the whole life of your solar system

01

Energy audit

We log your actual loads before we design.

02

Design

Loads split into critical and smart layers, then simulated and engineered for your facility.

03

Build

Installed and commissioned to documented standards.

04

Monitor

24/7 remote monitoring from Abuja.

05

Maintain

Scheduled O&M and upgrades as you grow.

Our signature design

Your essential equipment keeps running, whatever the weather

In every facility, we rearrange the electrical distribution into at least two layers. Critical loads always stay on. Smart loads, the heavy energy users, switch off on their own when the sun is weak and there is no grid or generator.

Critical loads. The "cannot do without" equipment: lighting, computers, servers, security, and the key machines your facility depends on.

Smart loads. Heavy users like air conditioners and large HVAC units. They run all day when the sun is good, and wait when energy is short.

Built around you. What counts as critical depends on your facility. We agree the list with you during the energy audit, then wire it in.

Why e-Phaim

Engineering you can check, not just trust

Every major system is handed over with commissioning reports and as-built drawings. Our own technicians and a regional office in Maiduguri keep support close to where our systems run.

Critical loads first. Every design splits your loads into at least two layers, so essential equipment stays powered when energy is short.

Documented engineering. Energy audits, simulations, as-built drawings and commissioning reports for every major project.

Multi-brand expertise. Deye high-voltage storage, Victron, Fronius, BYD and JinkoSolar. We pick the right technology, not just the one we stock.

Built for tough locations. Containerised, temperature-controlled power rooms and proper earthing, from the Sahel to Lagos.

Long-term care. Remote monitoring, scheduled maintenance and multi-year O&M contracts.

FAQ

Questions about solar for your business

Straight answers from our engineers. Don't see your question? Call us or send a message.

Ask an engineer

How much does a commercial solar system cost in Nigeria?

It depends on your loads, how many hours you need backup, and your grid and generator situation. That's why we start with an energy audit. Once we know your real demand, we give you a clear quote and show the expected savings.

Do you carry out an energy audit before designing a system?

Yes. We log your facility's actual electrical demand, often for 72 hours, and measure peaks, starting loads and daily energy use. The design is based on that data, not guesses.

How long does a solar installation take?

It depends on size and access to the building. As examples, a 53 kWp hospital system took five weeks and four days to install, and a 225 kW commercial upgrade in Lagos took about five weeks from award to completion.

Which solar inverter and battery brands do you install?

We work with Deye (including high-voltage commercial hybrids and storage), Victron Energy, Fronius, BYD and JinkoSolar. We choose the brand that fits your facility and loads.

What happens on a cloudy day with no grid?

Your essential equipment keeps running. We wire every facility in at least two layers. Critical loads like lighting, computers, servers and security stay on. Smart loads, the heavy users like air conditioners, switch off on their own until the sun or the grid comes back. On sunny days everything runs.

Can you upgrade or fix an existing solar system?

Yes. We rescue underperforming systems and upgrade working ones, keeping equipment that still has life in it. Our Lagos pharmaceutical factory upgrade is a good example.

Do you offer maintenance and remote monitoring?

Yes. We monitor systems 24/7 on DeyeCloud and Victron VRM from Abuja and offer multi-year operations and maintenance contracts with scheduled maintenance visits and performance reports.

Where in Nigeria do you work?

Nationwide. Our headquarters is in Abuja, with a regional office in Maiduguri and an office in Lagos. We have delivered projects in Borno, Bauchi, Adamawa, the FCT and Lagos.
