How e-Phaim Energy Limited collects, uses and protects your personal data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, and the terms for using this website and our shop. Last updated: 1 October 2026.

Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
e-Phaim Energy Limited (RC 1650015) runs this website. We design, supply and install solar and hybrid power systems in Nigeria. We are the data controller for the personal data we collect here.

2. What we collect
• Details you give us: your name, phone number, email, company name, location and what you tell us about your power needs when you fill a quote or contact form, chat with us on WhatsApp or call us.
• Order details: if you buy from our shop, your billing and delivery details and what you ordered. Card payments are handled by a secure payment provider. We never see or keep your full card number.
• Technical details: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, so the website works and stays safe.

3. Why we use it
• To reply to you and prepare your quote, because you asked us to.
• To deliver products, install systems and give after-sales support, to keep our contract with you.
• To keep records for tax, accounting and warranty claims, because the law requires it.
• To keep our website safe and fix problems, which is our legitimate interest.
• To send you news or offers, only if you say yes. You can say no at any time.

4. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We only share it when needed with our installation team and trusted supply partners to deliver your project, with the companies that run our website, email and payments, and with government bodies when the law requires it. Each of them must keep your data safe and use it only for the job we give them.

5. Data stored outside Nigeria
Some of our online tools may store data on servers outside Nigeria. When this happens, we make sure your data stays protected as the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 requires.

6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become a project are kept for up to 2 years. Customer and project records are kept for as long as the warranty runs, plus 6 years for tax and legal reasons. After that, we delete the data or make it anonymous.

7. Cookies
Our website uses cookies it needs to work, for example to keep your shop cart. You can block cookies in your browser, but some parts of the site may stop working. If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your permission first.

8. Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, fix data that is wrong, delete your data, stop or limit how we use it, give you a copy you can move, and stop sending you marketing. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.
Email info@ephaimenergy.com.ng and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

9. How we keep it safe
We use secure connections (HTTPS), password-protected systems and limited staff access. If a breach puts your data at risk, we will tell you and the NDPC as the law requires.

10. Children
Our website is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and any purchase from our online shop. By using the site, you agree to them. Installation projects are covered by a separate written contract or signed quote, and that contract wins if it says something different.

2. Information on this website
We work hard to keep product details, specifications and project information correct. Pictures are for guidance only, and specifications may change when manufacturers update their products. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until we confirm it in writing.

3. Quotes
Quotes are free. A quote is valid for 14 days unless it says otherwise, because equipment prices and exchange rates change. Final system sizes are confirmed after we assess your facility.

4. Prices and payment
• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Any VAT that applies is shown before you pay.
• If we find a price mistake, we will tell you before we confirm your order, and you can cancel.
• We start processing an order once payment is received.

5. Delivery
We deliver within Nigeria. We will confirm the delivery cost and date before you pay. Please check your goods when they arrive and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or missing.

6. Returns and refunds
• You can return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, unless the item was ordered specially for you.
• Items that are faulty when they arrive will be repaired, replaced or refunded.

7. Warranty
Products come with the manufacturer's warranty, and the warranty period is shown on each product or quote. The warranty does not cover damage from wrong use, unapproved changes, installation by others, grid power surges, theft, fire, flood or other events outside our control. Our own installation work carries a 12-month workmanship warranty unless your contract says otherwise.

8. Installation by others
If someone other than e-Phaim Energy installs a product you bought from us, we are not responsible for that installation work.

9. Our liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost business. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that Nigerian law does not allow us to limit.

10. Using this website
Please don't misuse the site, try to break its security, or copy its content, photos or logos without our written permission. All content belongs to e-Phaim Energy Limited unless stated otherwise.

11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking with you. If that fails, the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja will decide.
